You earn Tier Points with every purchase at Sacoor Brothers, Sacoor Blue, Sacoor ONE, Sacoor Kids & Sacoor Outlet. While they cannot be spent, they play an essential role in unlocking elevated privileges and refined experiences.
Tier Points are calculated on the net value of your purchase, after all discounts and deductions.

Sacoor Loyalty Program members earn Tier Points based on the net value of each purchase, meaning the amount after all discounts, promotions, and deductions have been applied. Tier Points are a direct reflection of your spending, making it easy to understand and track your progress.
For example, if your final purchase amount is 100, you will receive 100 Tier Points.
When are Points credited to my account?
Tier Points are credited to your Sacoor Brothers account immediately after you make a purchase.
Can I decide on which Sacoor Loyalty Program account I earn points?

What are the Loyalty Tiers?
The Sacoor Loyalty Program features four Loyalty tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each status unlocks a distinct set of privileges that become more rewarding as you progress through the program.
Upon joining, you can immediately begin earning Tier Points on your purchases. As your Tier Points accumulate, you advance through the tiers gaining access to increasingly refined benefits, including our distinguished Gold and Platinum privileges.
How many Tier Points do I need to accumulate to reach each member level?
The number of Tier Points you need to accumulate to reach each tier varies depending on the country where you are registered. You can find this information online.
How many Tier Points do I earn from a purchase?
The amount of Tier Points you earn on a purchase corresponds to the amount you pay for your purchase.
How long are my Tier Points valid for?
Your Tier Points are valid for up to 12 months from the date they are earned. Each point carries its own individual expiry timeline. When a Tier Point reaches 12 months, it will be automatically removed from your account at the end of that calendar month.
How long is my new membership valid for?
Your tier is valid for up to 12 months from the date it is assigned, lasting until your next Sacoor Loyalty Program Level Review Date.
If, during this period, you accumulate enough Tier Points to reach a higher tier, your status will be upgraded immediately, and a new 12-month validity period will begin from the date of your upgrade.
How long do I keep the benefits of my level?
Sacoor Loyalty Program status benefits remain valid for up to 12 months from the date your tier is granted, lasting until your next review date.
You can continue earning Tier Points throughout this period, and as your balance grows, you may unlock a higher tier with access to even more exclusive privileges.
